#96 Add title to chart

Add functionality for including title on chart. The properties dialog should include the ability to turn the title on/off, change the value of the title (default to site name from file), change font size. Placement of all other components of the chart will be affected by this so changes will be needed in positionChartGroupersAndDrawTimeAxis().
