disable console window for fgfs.exe and direct messages
to separate buffer, so that possible error messages can
be displayed within fgrun, without requiring a console
to be openend in the background. This could be
implemented on a separate tab like "messages" or so.
Also, this would have the advantage that users could
easily copy & paste their startup messages, because
they will usually be more familiar with a Win32 control
(text box) than with a console window.

agreed, many windows users even find a console window
somewhat "scary" and think something must be wrong when they
see one, so might be a good thing to get rid of it?
