#8 Settings menu to only notify for certain items

Create a section in the settings menu where the user can define a list of items they want to be notified for

Text input at the top, with a table underneath

The table will default to having an "All" row. As the user types in the text field, it will auto-complete for items. When they select an item from the auto-complete options, it will be added to the table. "All" will be removed if it exists
