[Ffts-develop] New release - 0.81

I've put out a new release of the FFTS, version 0.81. 

The changes in this version basically make it easier to install:
it now uses more standard makefiles, does a proper make install
to /usr/local/FFTS, etc.

I've also built source and binary rpm's for Red Hat 7.x.
