&lt;p&gt;After preparing all tasks it is time to encode them. There are two possibilities, embedded encoding inside the GUI or export to a shell script for external encoding. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To start the embedded encoding click the &lt;em&gt;&lt;code&gt;Encode&lt;/code&gt;&lt;/em&gt; button. This will process each single task by running the ffmpeg application hidden in the background. Some basic encoding information is shown in the status bar. If you want to stop the encoding of the scheduled tasks, click the &lt;em&gt;&lt;code&gt;Aobort&lt;/code&gt;&lt;/em&gt; button. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The second option is to export a shell script. This is useful if you want to encode the tasks later, or to peek/edit the commandline parameters. To export the script, click the &lt;em&gt;&lt;code&gt;Save Script&lt;/code&gt;&lt;/em&gt; button. The type of the script depends on your operating system. &lt;/p&gt;
