#137 rtsp protocol seems not functioning

Hi,
I've installed version 0.4.8 with no problem.
It's all ok but I can't read rtsp streams neither
with RealOnePlayer nor with Windos Media Player 9.

I've I to to switch something somwhere or to add
something in config file?

I ran into this too: it seems that the logic to recognize rtsp: URLs is
completely missing (and that's probably only the tip of the iceberg).

I need rtsp support in ffmpeg for our Ambulant player project, and I'm
willing help out and donate the code if programmer time is the problem
here, provided someone can point me in the right direction. Please let
me know if this would be a good idea.
