#18 save as video?

output to disk in some video format.
since it can slow things down, might be usefull to do
it this way:
1) record to disk the coordinates while flying inside
the set in low resolution
2) replay them at the desired resolution, saving the
output to disk.
other related features would be:
1) configurable zooming step
2) automatic maxiter zooming: while zooming in/out,
slowly increasing/decreasing maxiters
