Hi All,

In ffencoderd at a scan of the process directory after a delay of 10 
seconds say there are 5 encoding jobs each involving large files (>20mb) 
and for each process file of the process array encode_video is being 
called which in turn calls the ffmpeg executable. Hence at a given point 
of time owing to the large size of the files there may be many ffmpeg 
processes running at the same time and would this not be a serious issue 
while scaling ffencoderd to be used in transcoding server based scenarios?

Please let me know if with the job queue we can sequentialize the usage 
of ffmpeg from ffencoderd.
