Since there is no mpc parser filter which would read file and
pass encoded frames (if there is something like frames in
MPC) to ffdshow and it isn't possible to store MPC in any
existing container format (AVI, matroska, mp4,...) there is no
reason for ffdshow as audio _decoder_ filter to support it. If
any of above conditions would become true, ffdshow would
support MPC the same day :)
