#300 tooltip

for FFDSHOW newbies - having tooltips that popup when you mouseover the plethora of options available -giving an explanation and suggested usage would be keen - or direct url's to such information so a newbie would know quicker than later what settings would be good to use or not use.

Great software build though, keep up the good work!
