#261 Setting Resize Specify size defaults

Hi Milan,

I would like if you could add an option to change the
default values that appear when we click the drop list
button at the right of the Specify size -> New size
edit boxes, In Resize options.
I use some custom values and it's boring to always have
to type them, and the values that came with ffdshow are
useless to me.
It could be as simple as some registry keys, or even
better a button that will add the values we specify to
that list.
