since in ol' ac3filter [ok, is it abandoned? too bad
for this!] i often used the that vumeter for each
channel separately... to detect poorly or fake 5.1
encoded ac3 files [in some cinema-leaked russian
movies i encountered situations when a mono file was
encoded in 5.1, something like L-C-Sw-SR, or other 4
channels, with same sound]... isn't there a
possibility to have in ffdshow audio this kind of
vumeter? for sure, in spdif mode will not work, but at
least is easier to change the output type in ffdshow
[spdif/liba52] than commuting each tine betweeen
merrits of ffdshof/ac3filter
