When I'm playing dozens of video clips from a playlist in Windows Media Player, Media Player Classic, or any other media player, using ffdshow, and when it comes to step to the next clip in the sequence, FFDShow seems not to close immediately. This won't be a problem basically, but I do hardware interlacing (from ffdshow) on these clips and if it switches too fast between the clips in the sequence, the next ffdshow instance can't reserve the overlay resources, because the last didn't release them, so the next clip won't be deinterlaced normally. If I stop the player at each point between clips, this won't happen, but if I don't, only the first clip is gonna be played normally. This problem is present in all ffdshow builds I've tried (including the stable-marked version), now I'm using 'ffdshow tryout revision 1220 May 31 2007 21:07:24 (icl 9, x86, unicode)'.
