With a one line Avisynth script e.g. with the name crash.avs

VirtualDub and XmediaRecode display a test picture.
MPC-HC and GraphStudio are unable to render the file from the start.
When either Videodecoder configuration "Codecs" page's last entry "Raw video" or VFW configuration same item is changed from "disabled" to "all supported", both applications crash. Windows' action center suggests to update/uninstall ffdshow.

Sorry, I misspelled the ffdshow versions. The crash happens with rev4500_20130106, rev4515_20130612_clsid, rev4525_20131117_clsid.
Crash also happens with Win7 x86 (rev4515 and MPC-HC 1.5.0)
