I'm back again, trying to address the issues with my oxford-based Mackie 1640i. Sorry for not being able to get back sooner, I unfortunately had a lot of other stuff on my plate. I'm requesting help with the issue that others have reported about audio speeding up and slowing down. Using the xmit-transfer-delay setting of 12800, which has generally seemed to produce the best results. Stability seems to vary, though, so I feel like there's something left up to chance here. Errors like >31562645778: Warning (TimestampedBuffer.cpp)[1068] incrementFrameCounter: (0x1402bc0) difference rather large (-): diff= -8991.946, max= -1536.000, 1077507447.000, 1077516438.946 pop up when significant drift is happening. I've attached the results of ffado-diag, ffado-test Discover. I also have verbose ffado-debug results for when the audio is eventually stable and when it isn't, if that's useful, but I can't attach right now because the files get big rather quick. Can also produce audio files of the pitch shift if needed. If you need anything else, please let me know. Would love to get this resolved, because it's otherwise a great mixer. |
