#7 more output formats: csv and json

I'd like to suggest adding csv and json as output formats.
I know there are other tools that can perform the conversion from the xml output, but having everything in one tool is more convenient imo.

Output format is controlled by print configuration item. You can print formats like csv and xml using current features. See the manual.
