Upgrading from 1.2 to 1.3

I am testing upgrading a Fez 1.2 installation to Fez 1.3.
When I invoke the setup script, and specify my existing
MySQL database, I get an error message that reads:
    Table 'fez_author' already exists Line:84

If I go back and click on "Drop tables if they exist" I get:
    Table 'fez_auth_index2' already exists Line:21

I guess I'm not much of a mysql expert to know what to
do in this case. Can you offer any advice.
    Thanks in advance...Leo

How customised is your Fez? The problem is that there are tables in your copy of Fez 1.2 that have already been upgraded. I think the way forward is to drop all the tables in your database and do an reinstall. The fedora objects in your repository will be retained and can be reindexed. The only thing is you might lose any customised XSDs or Workflows. In which case, you should make a backup of your fez database and then I'll tell you how to copy your old workflows and XSDs back in.
