#19 Occasional failure exporting XML question to CP
To reproduce:
Load an XML question into a test.
Export it to a content package.
Load this new content package into the test.
Delete the newly added question (the CP) from the test.
Select the original XML question and try to export.
Fails, with errors as attached.
Discussion
Problem arises when more than one question with the same id (as used for its directory) is held in the same test. If user removes one of these questions, the resource directory is also removed, which means the other questions that also have that resource have now lost it.
Should such a situation be allowed to arise in the first place? (It's certainly not expected to happen often.) For example, if you drag the same XML question into the pane several times, new resources are created for it. But if you import a CP, the resource directory name is retained.
