It appears Yahoo! calls the Spam folder "Bulk Mail" in IMAP. So, you should
be able to fetch the contents of the Spam folder with fetchmail as well.
I think an entry something like this should work:

poll imap.mail.yahoo.com with proto IMAP port 993 user '<username>' with
password '<password>' is <localusername> here ssl folder 'Bulk Mail'
