[Fetchmail-users] fetchmailconf regression fixes, for testing

Dear fetchmailconf users,

it appears that fetchmail 6.4.16 and 6.4.17 caused regressions when
editing the user settings in fetchmailconf, and the user configuration
dialog in fetchmailconf comes up empty (that's the one that appears when
you double click first a server name then double click a user name

Everyone who uses fetchmailconf occasionally:

Please download fetchmailconf.py from the link below and test it
thoroughly and report back.
