[Fetchmail-users] fetchmail vs divecot server setup for pop3 and imap

greetings all;

And dovecot ignores fetchmails dele, make me login with a browser to 
delete old mail I've already fetched. Since traffic is several hundred a 
day, thats rather a nuisance.

Is there an option I can switch on to make it act like a proper pop3 
client in the face of dovecot's ignoreing the dele?

Thanks, 6.4.2 just installed, 6.3.26 was sent a SIGHUP and other than 
logging it, has gone on its merry way, now reporting its 6.4.2.  Thats 
how a locally built install is supposed to work, thank you.

6.3.26 has served long and well here.
