which you can find pdf from any search.
A number of rationale are also included in it.
Also note,
- spaces are forbidden separator, format is a single field string
- slashes have special purpose interval, and are not a separator
- lower case is forbidden where upper case available
- etc, see the standard, ignore such at peril of rockets crash
