Summary: wrong permissions on .fetchids

Details: I have one fetchmail poll where I set 'keep' and 'no fetchall'.
After I start fetchmail the .fetchids-File have read-write owner and
read group. The next time fetchmail stops with the error that 
read-write-execute owner is the maximum allowed permissions.

I uderstand that fetchmail stops with wrong permissions, but thats the permission that it hase self set.

I use fetchmail 6.3.26.
