[fetchmail-devel] Telling the daemon to pull a specific mailbox now?

Is it possible to add the possibility to tell the daemon to pull one
specific mailbox now, and leave the rest until next scheduled pull?

That is, where is the difficulty on the range "trivial" to "almost
impossible?"
