I was using the Exim MTA password file as shared credentials with fetchmail. This isn't needed anymore if PWMD is used.

Adds a command-line and rcfile parameter "credentials" which is a filename containing lines like: hostname:username:password. Matching is taking from the server parameters. I'm not to experienced with lexers but it seems to work.
