The fetchmail is running as a service in Windows XP, the emails are delivery
to an exchange server 2007 in the local lan.

The FAQ tells you what we need to know to help you ;)

Based in the little you've provided suggests that the program you've
defined as the mda in the .fetchmailrc is the problem.
