Summary: fetchmail running as an user under crond needs a configfile

Details: Hello,

if fetchmail runs as an user under crond i get erverytime the following warning:

fetchmail: couldn't time-check the run-control file

With an control-file it there is no warning.
For my application i need no configfile.
If the same script runs from a bash it works without any warning.
