Thanks for digging this up. Better late than never, I've added Chris to
the NEWS file to credit him. The NEWS file of 6.3.3 will mention him in
two places (in 6.2.4 and 6.3.3).

Chris, since Eric is no longer active with the project, please accept
/my/ apologies for Eric's missing your NOOP-based IMAP4 IDLE emulation
work in the NEWS file and log entries between fetchmail 6.2.2 and 6.2.4.
(I hope the mail address still works.)
