However, the postmaster defined by fetchmail doesn't have to be The
Postmaster.  Of course, there's nothing to say that the option can't
both have a global setting and a per-user override.

I'd rather have the option of processing by email because at least in
the case of 3 fetchmail boxes I look after, procmail et all aren't
installed.  Nothing to say the 2 are exclusive however.
