Have you tried reading http://mail.yahoo.com, as it suggests:

Beyond that, problems with your personal code are outside the scope of
the fetchmail mailing lists. Please go to the right place. (fetchmail is
a C program/standalone application to retrieve and pass on mail and has
little to do with Python).
