[fetchmail-devel] web page & 6.2.5 release

I set up an actual web page at http://fetchmail.berlios.de/, based on ESR's 
fetchmail pages but without some stuff that seemed extraneous.  I also 
went through and tried edited the pages to change the voice (e.g. 
s/I/we/g), but I gave up about a third of the way through the FAQ.  And I 
didn't check any of it into SVN, just edited the HTML on the site.

I also added the 6.2.5 release (source only) to the project's released 
files, so that we don't have to send people to ESR's page for the latest 
release before we get 6.2.6 out.
