I think we should move the testing scripts (torturetest.* and test*) should be moved to dist-tools/test/. The other scripts that esr used (getstats.py, growthplot, indexgen.sh, listsize, makerelease, timeplot, timeseries, upload, and uploadfaq that I can see) should be moved to dist-tools/.
