Thanks for your patience with him.

I'm not going to invest further efforts to obtain information from any
reporter beyond asking essential information once and then just ignore
the remainder of the thread if that information doesn't show up.

I'm afraid I don't have time (and do not want to take time either) for
anything more than that. A plea for help does need some cooperation from
the receiving end - and that's the very least I can expect for
free-of-charge support, most of the time.
