1) Please do not use HTML for posting to a mail forum. I know you are
employing MS Outlook; however, that can be configured to send plain text
messages. In addition, sending it as a 'HIGH' or 'HIGHEST' priority has
no effect on a mail list either.

2) What version of 'fetchmail' are you using?

3) What MTA are you using?

It sounds like you have something seriously configured incorrectly.
