Well, it's hard to say what it is, though as always I'd advise upgrading to the current version of fetchmail. The problem is, you didn't include any logging from your SMTP server. From what little you provided it looks like fetchmail didn't actually download the email. If you can provide the SMTP logs then I may be able to say more. -- Please keep list traffic on the list.
