[fetchmail-users] downloading same message multiple times

I noticed yesterday the a couple of my hourly syslog snippets that are emailed to me were missing. Going to Earthlinks webmail page I saw that they were on the server but hadn't been downloaded. Going to my spam folder I saw multiple copies of the same message. The question is, what is causing this, is it: a) a fetchmail issue b) a dkim plugin issue c) a bind issue d) mangled headers causing this e) none of the above but an earthlink issue I'm running fetchmail 6.2.5, mail is downloaded and piped through procmail to the various folders.
