Probably a configuration issue.

Try "fetchmail --nosyslog -v -v" to see what it's doing... but read below.

...if it's not a configuration issue you can fix for yourself, the next
paragraph applies:

fetchmail 6.2.X has been discontinued over a year ago.
Either ask Fedora for support, or update to 6.3.6 or 6.3.7-rc1.
