It seems that the new version of Fetchmail treats IPv6 differently than the older version. I simply disabled IPv6 on my system and the problem went away. There is no reason to use IPv6 presently anyway. It really only exists in a lab. The developers of Fetchmail might want to investigate this further though. -- Gerard |
