That would be news.
fetchmail, beginning with version 6.3.2, recognizes Comcast's broken
servers ("Maillennium POP3/PROXY server") and disables the problematic
use of the TOP command and uses RETR instead - so updating to 6.3.2
should have fixed all known Comcast problems.
