Well, the "trouble" is having a working local SMTP or LMTP package
installed and adding an unprivileged fetchmail user and chrooting
fetchmail along with the needed libraries (DNS!) and picking sensible
defaults. The Debian init script is a good starting point, but needs
minor touch-ups, for instance, the mentioned .fetchids placement.
