Note that 6.3.8 is current and you should consider upgrading.

Ok, can you confirm that the "X-Envelope-To" header is present in each email?
Next, can you provide the output of "fetchmail --nosyslog --nodetach
-vvv" (as mentioned in the FAQ) for a problem email.
It is possible that, during the upgrade, your didn't preserve the
configuration of your local SMTP server and it's now no longer
accepting email for the domain(s) in question, hence the error from
fetchmail. One test would be to email "an...@my..." from the
command line.
