Your log in the other post confirms it:

523 Message length (10485808 bytes) exceeds administrative limit(10485760).
sendmail: Unable to submit message.
fetchmail: MDA returned nonzero status 67
fetchmail: not flushed

fetchmail: POP3< +OK Logging out.
It is your sendmail (the receiving mail server) who imposes a limit of 10485760 bytes.
I have not touched sendmail in perhaps two decades, I have forgotten how to do that.
Or perhaps it is courier limited version of sendmail, which I have never handled.
