Repairs file name encoding bug which would have prevented transfer of messages with subjects including brace characters.

fetchExc has provided a new release of its program for retrieving emails from an Exchange 2000/2003 server. Version 2.5 now supports login pages which are enclosed in an html frame, as
some organizations are deploying.
