#13 Spell check

Should be able to check text in comments only. Shouldn't treat "get_value"/"GetValue"/"getValue" and similar names as error words. Should be able to use multiple dictionaries simultaneously to run spell check on text with mixed languages. Automatic and manual spell check should be supported.
