Tuning timestepper in comparison with Java code.

Modifying timestepping routine to make it similar to that for the Java program.

Added reducedMaxFinder.cu and reducedMinFinder.cu, which illustrate tree algorithms to find max and min of array of number in ln N time.

Added reducedSum.cu, which illustrates using a tree algorithm to sum an array of numbers in ln N time.

Added function Xsummer to sum X for all species. Presently test with serial sum.
