New paper edits, response to referee
Fixed typos.
Finished initial draft of response to referees, paper edits.
Added short section explaining citations.
Added citations suggested by referees.
Last commit didn't seem to commit spec... Trying again.
Updated bandwidth spec on page 10, added note to response file.
Started response for csdAsyGPU 2015. Feel free to reformat if ye wish.
