Fennel 0.7.0 released

Fennel is a library of C++ components for data storage and processing.

This release includes a major new feature (page-level multi-versioning for snapshot consistency). This feature has been applied to enhance concurrency control in LucidDB (http://www.luciddb.org). Other improvements include scalability work such as 64-bit Linux port, large file handling, and libaio usage fixes.
