[Felyx-develop] gcc 4

Hello there felyx people,

Nice work on the code, it looks like proper tool for optimization of
composite structures.
I got it to run with gcc3.3 and appropriate boost (1.32) and mtl,
furthermore one has to change _SOURCE for SOURCE in some places.
Is anyone busy getting it to run on gcc4?
Or am I trying to use an outdated version?
