[Felyx-develop] Problem compiling Felyx on Linux I686

Hi,
  I've been trying to compile Felyx for my Linux box.
When I try to run ./configure, I keep getting the
error that the "missing" script is missing or out of
date, although it's right there in the same directory.
When I try to compile after that, I get lots of erros
& no executable. (I have the Atlas libraries
installed).
  Could you please help? Thanks
