RetroPlatform 1x/2x mode switching fixed
made 2x mode available for release builds

RetroPlatform 1x/2x switch is now able to change display scale on the fly

24-bit color routines debugged and fixed an overrun problem in 16-bit color.

32-bit color should be good now, also in HAM. Still having some crashes in 16-bit color. (TODO).

2x mode now working when passed on startup
toggling around between 1x and 2x still not working

further enhancements to offset calculations - window now sized correctly for 2x mode

display scale is now taken into account upon startup
resolution still not being adapted properly

screen resolution change via Amiga Forever - experimental implementation
